Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to purchase a course with us. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional online learning experience. By purchasing a course through www.frenchtweets.ca, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the conditions outlined below.
 
Cancellation and Refunds:
We understand that situations can arise where a course may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer the following refund options:
 
Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase : You are eligible for a 90% refund of the course fee.
Cancellation after 24 hours, but within 72 hours of purchase : You are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
Cancellation after 72 hours of course activation : No refund will be provided.
 
Please note : If you have attended more than 3 sessions of the course, no cancellation or refund will be processed. Cancellation of the course is subject to the reason provided by the learner, and the decision will be made at the discretion of the company.
 
Duplicate Payment Refunds:
If you make a duplicate payment, we will process the refund through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds will be completed within 7 to 21 working days after the refund request is received.
 
Refunds Without Justified Reason:
Refunds will not be issued without a justified reason or proper specification. In cases where a refund request does not meet the above criteria or lacks proper justification, we are unable to process the refund. However, as an alternative, we can offer an extension period of 3 to 6 months to allow you to join any upcoming batch. This extension is provided at the discretion of the company.
 
Refund Processing Timeline:
All approved refunds will be processed within 21 - 30 business days from the date of approval and validation of the refund request.
